Shatavari Capsules: Organic

Shatavari is a famous fertility tonic in Ayurveda. It’s name translates to ‘woman with a hundred husbands’ which is testament to it’s tonic action on the female reproductive system. It is cooling and nourishing and helps to regulate the menstrual cycle, increase reproductive fluids and reduce hot flushes experienced during menopause. It soothes the mucus membranes of the body, helping in conditions of hyperacidity, reflux, colitis, gastritis and bleeding ulcers. It has been used traditionally to increase sperm count in men also.

Contraindications: Avoid use where lung congestion is present, digestive fire is very low, or  high levels of toxin are present in the body (in which case detoxify the body before taking).
