Thank you for Shopping with us at The Medicine Man! We really appreciate your support.

Our mission is to restore or maintain health and wellbeing of people by providing tools, expertise and education that reconnects people to their soul, to nature, to the cosmos and to each other.


As a boutique operator dealing with ingestible health products we generally can’t accept returns on items once they have left our dispensary. We’re sure you can understand and appreciate the health and safety reasons for this.

However, we really do value your friendship and happiness so if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for some reason, let us know and we’ll try our best to help you: hello@themedicineman.com.au


While great care is always taken to package your purchases carefully and securely, occasionally things go wrong. In the event that an item is damaged in transit, simply take a picture of the item(s) in question, along with the packing in which it came and send it to hello@themedicineman.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product.
We’ll investigate and let you know if we’re able to replace the item or provide a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) via email. If you’re more of a phone person, let us know in your email and we’ll be happy to call too.
