Southern Wild Co Candles: Sirens

$65.00

Working with Australian perfumers to create artisan scents, our inspiration is taken from our sparkling southern sky, the wild oceans that surround our island home and the vast expanse of this wide brown land. Handcrafted in Australia, our range of candles are designed to bring a little bit of the wild Australian landscape into your home

Description

A melting pot of native Australian botanicals and homegrown flora, Sirens is a luscious blend of lemon myrtle, native plumbush and rose wrapped gracefully in warm woody undertones.

Packaging artwork captured by photographer Luisa Brimble and inspired by the quote, Love slowly like a ship full of flowers by iconic artist, Sidney Nolan, Sirens pays homage to our country gardens at the edge of the wild bush landscape.

About the brand:

Working in partnership with Australian artists and iconic bush poetry, we take inspiration from the Australian landscape to craft scented homewares that promote a sense of this beautiful place we call home.

Our work with Southern Wild Co is informed by our own homes and life in the bush. We sought a way to share the evocative nature of wild Australian landscapes with friends and family and discovered the power of scent, captivated by its ability to arouse emotion and trigger memories of home in us all.

Headquartered in an old shearing shed near the historic village of Rockley NSW, we work with a small, local team, combining our love of Australian literature, art and design with the science of scent-making to translate it into our distinctive brand.
